SHIPPING TIME: All items are shipped from Mexico-you can expect a 10 - 21
day delivery unless it is a custom made item for which we will give you the delivery time!Handcrafted items such as ours are tax-exempt.
RETURN POLICY: We really hope that you will love your purchase and wont need this paragraph,but just in case: All our items are handmade,some of them from antique fabrics and very slight imperfections or defects are part of the charm of these items, we check all merchandise and will never ship anything that does not meet our standards! Any return must be previously authorized by us and will incur a 10% restocking fee.No returns are authorized after 7 days of receipt.
Please do not return any merchandise without first consulting us,you will get an authorization number and will be provided with a return adress.
You must keep your shipping records in the event of loss of returned merchandise-we can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach it's destination.
